MY POETRY

THIS IS HOW I FEEL...

I created you and gave you life. You shouldn’t be alone so I made you a wife. From that day on you became Humanity but then you did something that created insanity. You wanted to be me. You wanted my power. Temptation began to destroy and devour. Total darkness came upon the earth. Sin became a fetus and eventually gave birth. Everything good and perfect came from me. I gave you two eyes so you can see. Not to be selective and believe in illusions. Not to follow Satan who’s the author of confusion.

I gave you life. It was for your sake. I even forgave you for that self-righteous mistake. It came with a price. You know physical labor and women experiencing childbearing behavior. Pushing and pressing. Bleeding and grieving. Working from sun up until late in the evening. Soon came death in the form of a brother. Then ungodly acts between animals and each other. It sounds very graphic but look what you did. Because you accepted an unlawful bid.

Then came the circle of sin and corruption. I had to start over due to lack of production. I sent the rain to destroy my creation. By now you should know it’s all about relations. You have no fear. You show no respect. Can’t you see my heart’s feeling the affects? Of people’s decision to believe in themselves. Worshiping money and material wealth.

I sent my son Jesus as an offering for sin. This actually began way back when. Many times I forgave you, what you needed was a cross. When Jesus gave his life he became the new boss. I wanted you to know I understand how you feel. I wanted you to know that my pain is real. I too have been lied on and called out my name. I too have watched things fall deep into shame.

If my people who were called would only just believe. I created life and the air in which you breathe. I even knew you before you were formed. Now you act out and sadly perform. Like an unruly child I struck you on the behind. Trying to keep you from becoming blind. I discipline those I truly love. Don’t forget my miracles. You know those blessings from above.

Is my mercy not enough? Did I not make you tough? You’re always complaining the narrow road is too rough. My son was crucified. He hung from a cross. His life for your sins. Now who paid the cost? He had to die to set you free because it was all about you instead of being about me. All I want is your priceless soul. Yet you allow sin to take control. You put down your brothers and slap your sisters. You call each other names, back bite and whisper.

My people perish from lack of knowledge by not finishing school or going to college. When it comes to my word you refuse to read. On stony ground sits a worthless seed.

I remember those words you use to say; “God knows my heart so I don’t need to pray.” Yet time after time I still made a way. Why is it difficult to place me first? I feed you, clothe you and quench every thirst. You disrespect my house and say I’m not fair. I told you I’d never place more than you can bear? I’m willing to start over. That’s right… wipe the slate clean. Give my son your life and become a new being. I’ll heal you of your pain. Give peace to the insane.

I’ll open many doors and remember sins no more. Hear me when I speak. Humble and be meek. I will help you find everything you seek. Accept what is true, cause after revelations…I’m through. Come and claim your seat I set a part for you. I AM the I AM and This Is How I Feel!!!!

DEEP WITHIN HIS HEART…DEEP WITH IN HIS MIND

Deep within his heart…Deep within his mind.
An incumbent of Christ a true lady seeks to find.

His honesty is a quality, which represents his strength.
To be pleasing to God he will go to any lengths.

He maintains his stride with sensible pride.
He takes the narrow road and stays away from the wide.

He’s careful with his words and calculates his moves.
He handles his business and counts in two’s.

Sharing what he has and gives not to receive.
His faith is in God because he believes,

In destiny and desire, to finish what he starts.
To lead by example but follow his heart.

He finds his wife who complements his life.
Sharing in peace and removing the strife.

He makes loves to her mind and gently touches her body.
He’s all about patience, never self centered or haughty.

He wants the best, never settles for less.
He looks to the Savior and utilizes favor.

Being the head not the tail.
Always succeeding when he fails.

When things become bleak he seeks and finds.
Looking deep within his heart and deep within his mind.
