Spoken In Tongues
When God speaks do people REALLY listen? Do you ever wonder what
his voice REALLY sounds like? What if it’s low like a Tenor
or high like a Soprano? Do you ever wonder what God’s native
tongue is? A tongue is a six-letter word, which can hurt, destroy,
heal, comfort, and change a person’s life.
People
often associate a tongue with a voice. Merriam-Webster describes
one definition of a tongue as being "Manner or quality of
utterance with respect to tone or sound, the sense of what is
expressed, or the intention of the speaker." God uses many
different ways to communicate with people. In this book I provide
examples of four ways God speaks without making a sound. Through
Dreams, Visions, Revelations and Expressions of Love.
The
poems in this book are designed to unveil God’s purpose
and WILL as well as, provide some inspiration and encouragement
to all on this journey of life. Many of these poems are in the
form of testimonies. One of the most popular, profound, pieces
in this book is called "I Left It At The Cross". I transcribed
it exactly the way it was given to me with help from two friends.
Change
Is Coming
This book of poetry gives examples of the different changes human
beings experience in life. From natural and physical to emotional
and spiritual. From inspirational to sensational. From confrontational
to peace. From love to hate. From confusion and illusion to revelation
and reality. From vanity to prosperity. From self-centeredness
to sincerity. From relationship to oneness. From feeling incomplete
to becoming complete. From uncertainty to complacency. From sadness
and depression to happiness and expression. The poems in this
book gives examples of these exact changes through which life
takes individuals. No matter who you are or what you go through,
one thing is guaranteed… CHANGE IS COMING.
The Well Of Wonder And Wisdom
This book is about an overweight boy whose 10 years old and has
to face the challenge of being able to love himself in spite of
his dysfunctions and deficiencies. It’s about finding out
he is his own best friend from a friend...HIMSELF. It all starts
with loving yourself for who you are and not what others define
you to be. It’s not about color/looks but character/self-esteem.
A
World Made From Wishes And Dreams
This book is about an 11 year old girl who is diagnosed with terminal
cancer. The doctors told her parents she wouldn’t live to
become an adult. Her dream in life is to become the president
of a world, which is governed and inhabited by kids. Fun all the
time!! The moral to her story is becoming what you desire. Having
hope and defying the odds. Just because you’re different
doesn’t mean you can’t achieve and succeed in living
out your dreams.
The
Boy Who Lived In A Star
This book is about a boy with a speaking disorder, but has a gift
of being able to communicate with the stars. He would look into
his telescope every night and stare at them for hours. He would
communicate with them through expressions. One day he found himself
living in a star. What he experienced was a dream come true. He
ended up traveling to different galaxies and unfolding the mysteries,
which lie within the stars. This book has so much imagination...
it truly takes you there. The Moral to the story is... there are
many different ways to communicate.
All
of my children’s books have one thing in common. Everyone
is different and unique in some way or another. Everyone has dysfunctions
and deficiencies, which appear to set them a part. It can only
do so if you allow it. Your disability is not a negative or a
positive. It’s who you are and it can become what you make
of it. It’s all a part of life.
